Cooking Courses
We offer a very interesting and fun program for those who want to learn the 
secrets and tecniques  necessary for the preparation of different and 
sophisticated meals.
Owr courses programs are organized in the following way:

Monday
Hors d'ouvres
Tuesday
Sauces and soups
Wednesday
Fresh pastas
Thursday
Meats
Friday
Desserts
The courses are held in a specifically designed cooking enviroment and class
size is limited to ten people per lesson day.Courses can be taken monday 
though friday for the complete course on a daily basis.Lessons are held from
10:00 a.m. to aproximately 2:00 p.m. A personal set of cooking equipment 
is provided by the school and kept by the student after the course finishes.
Each participants his/her own work space equipped with the necessary 
utensils and ingredients.
At the end of each lesson, the student launches in the dining room, eating 
the dishes they have prepared ed ejoyning approximately chosen wines.
Each participant may invite a guest who pays a separate fee.
We also offer the opportunity to learn the ancient culinary of the women of 
Chianti region in an enviroment which reproduces a traditional kitchen, 
complete whith oven for baking bread, brazier and fireplace.
