Olives varietys: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Correggiolo. Harvest: picking by hand, starting in November. Olives trees: 2 hectares of olive groves that surround the estate, at 400 m. altitude. Press: the olives are picked when perfectly ripened and token the same day to be cold pressed and without filtering then. These
and other factors ensure a particulary high quality oil in just 500
